Jen Allen is the Vice President of Operations & Engineering. Her role in the company is to take broad concepts and ideas and supply the technical details, allowing for step by step implementation at client sites.
Before coming to Allen Safety in 2011, Jen managed Construction Safety projects for the University of Kansas Hospital and worked as a Safety Manager for Cargill Meat Solutions.
Jen holds a BS from the University of Missouri in Business.
